EDUCATION

Dr. Jess received her undergraduate degree in biology from York College of Pennsylvania, graduating with distinguished honors and summa cum laude. She received her medical doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and then went on to complete her residency training in Family Medicine at WellSpan York Hospital. Dr. Rubertone is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians. She is a proud mother of three and enjoys spending her free time with her family, dogs, and chickens. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors, gardening, running, and finding a relaxing beach to enjoy time with her family.

Dr. Jessica Rubertone is dual board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine. She joined Fourth Tree Health in 2023, bringing a wealth of primary care experience in our community. She enjoys managing patients of all ages. Dr. Jess specializes in medical weight loss for both children and adults, and managing complex, chronic diseases, and mental health conditions. She also has a special interest in caring for patients with Down syndrome. Her main focus is on delivering high-quality, personalized primary care that is patient-centered. Dr. Rubertone is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Dr. Rubertone is an inspiring, young leader in our community. We are excited to have her join our team and allow more members in our Central PA community to experience the benefits of direct primary care. 

Amy Calderone, BS, RN, is our head nurse and clinic manager. She eagerly joined the team after learning about direct primary care and the opportunities Fourth Tree Health provides for patients.  After working 25+ years as a social worker supporting people with disabilities and their families, she fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a registered nurse, graduating from HACC with honors in 2016.  Having spent nearly 4 years as a bedside nurse, she now looks forward to being able to spend quality time with patients in the community while helping them achieve optimal health.

Amy grew up in the area, graduating from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State where she participated in the Blue Band.  She and her husband, Doug, live in Camp Hill with their 3 teenage children.  They are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg and enjoy the friendships and connections they have formed in the Cedar Cliff community.  Amy enjoys running and gardening, but most importantly supporting her children in their passions - baseball, football, softball, and music. 

Jaime Witmer, RN is another one of our great nurses. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in patient education and women’s health, previously working at a local gynecology practice. She takes the lead on our proactive healthcare approach and helps with coordinating annual exams, educating our patients, and focusing on preventative health.

She is originally from New Jersey and attended Messiah University. Jaime enjoys an active lifestyle, focused on wellness and fitness. She currently lives in Dillsburg with her family and spends her free time chasing and wrangling her five beautiful children.

Elycia Olivetti LPN, has recently joined the Fourth Tree family. Elycia will help to coordinate and provide clinical care for our patients. She also brings a new skillset to the practice as a certified aesthetician with plans to develop our skin care services.

We offer our aesthetic services at a discount for members as a benefit of membership. We also welcome non-members who would be interested in learning more about aesthetics and skin care services. This is a great way for friends and family to experience the clinic and meet our staff if they are considering membership.
