We are working hard to reshape the current patient experience by providing extended visits and improved access and time with your doctor. We also help patients navigate today’s complex health system by advocating for the highest quality care and coordinating complex disease management with the best specialists in the region.  

 

About Our Name

“The name is born out of a Hodge family phrase, ‘Fourth Tree.’ My mom & I love running and have a favorite route. Our runs have become less frequent over the last few years while completing my Navy service, however we always manage to squeeze it in when traveling home for the holidays or on vacation.

We use the five mile loop to catch up on life, talking about our family, jobs, and anything that is bothering us. Running is a great outlet and excuse to escape the family reunion or chaos of screaming babies & barking dogs that is all too familiar these days. The end of the run is the most challenging, with a steep half-mile uphill climb.

At the top of the hill are four familiar, old oak trees, that we count down as we run by. The family rule is that you are not allowed to walk until you reach the fourth tree. “Fourth Tree” has evolved over the years into a phrase we commonly say to help each other get through difficult times and challenge ourselves to achieve a better version of ourselves. I hope to do the same with my patients.”
